About Antonio

I’m a professional MMA fighter, former ONE FC fighter. This is my passion and my whole life is around this sport. I was looking for a job and I thought why don’t start teaching private lessons since I have all the knowledge and the patience needed.

About the lesson

One hour session starting with warm up followed by technical work and finishing with a higher intensity 15 mins. Lessons are opened to everyone, experienced and beginners.
You can also bring a friend so you can practice the techniques together.
