About Ashley
I always come prepared with a curriculum I make for each class age and level and set choreography. I create objectives and change the focus every few weeks to keep it interesting. I incorporate props and activities to help with understanding a new concept that's being introduced. I have been dancing for over 13 years and have a passion for sharing my love of dance with others. I have enjoyed seeing my students grow in knowledge, technique, artistry, and confidence with each class and would love to continue to do so with you!

I use anatomical-based teaching practices that help students grow and learn safely. If I am teaching ballet, I use the classical method/style of ballet. I typically start my classes by learning what each students' goals are, warming them up, then moving onto larger exercises. I teach terminology and history to add to the students' knowledge and experience. I focus on giving one-on-one corrections and explanations to show the purpose of what we are doing.
