I like to engage my students through different activities and a busy pace so that they remain motivated. I am always friendly and encouraging, believing strongly in praise. I will have several different sections to a lesson including modelling an answer for a student to the student writing a paragraph out for themselves in order to guide students through a lesson and keep them engaged. I have an excellent knowledge of the subject and what the exam boards are looking for in students' answers. I have taught several different syllabi including AQA, OCR and Edexcel. I set and mark homework when required and am always happy to liaise closely with parents, giving frequent feedback.
