About Ethan
Hey! My name's Ethan and currently an IGCSE teacher in an International School with over 7 years of teaching experience. I opened my first tuition centre after completing high school. Completed my Degree in Psychology and Postgraduate Certificate in Teaching & Learning (Specialized in Mathematics). I've taught Mathematics, Business Studies, and Psychology, in schools and enrichment centers. I tend to develop strong and meaningful connections with students so that I can relate with them and their struggles. This has helped me a lot throughout my years of teaching because many of my students also see me as a friend rather than strictly just a tutor. My approach to tutoring is anchored in personalized instruction and a commitment to foster a deep understanding of the subject matter. I also customize learning plans tailored to my students accordingly. Duration for each class lasts about 1-1.5 hours depending on preference. With over 7 years of tutoring experience, I have successfully helped numerous students achieve desirable results in their exams. My lessons are designed for any students aged 11 to 17, currently in primary or secondary school. I specialize in Cambridge Syllabus KS3 to KS4 (IGCSE). All materials and books I provide are free, and fees are to be discussed based on availability/distance :)

Teacher Ethan has been a great teacher to my daughter, have recommended him to my other friend's children as well. My daughter has tried many different teachers but Teacher Ethan is the only one that she can get along with, he really bonds well with the students while also maintaining professionalism when it comes to classes. Highly recommend :)
I had a couple of Mathematic lessons with him and he was able to introduce me interesting and unique methods to solve mathematical problems. He’s friendly and nice which made him more approachable. Would definitely recommend him!
