I'm curious, interactive, and precise. With over a decade of experience in K-12 education, I'm skilled at diagnosing the exact learning gap and knowing how to address it.
I've taught New York State test preparation for 4th Grade Science, all levels of ELA and Math, and the Living Environment, Global History, U.S. History, and English Regents exams. I'm also a graduate of a New York City specialized high school (the Bronx High School of Science) giving me firsthand experience with the school system.
I have extensive experience in early childhood literacy, having worked in preschool, kindergarten, first grade, and second grade. I love helping children fall in love with reading and, just getting them to be real good at it.
I'm a city girl with a multicultural background (born in India) and enjoy connecting with students from all kinds of places!
