About Nidhi
With over a decade of experience in mathematics education, I am deeply passionate about helping students build confidence and proficiency in math. Holding a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and an Associate Degree in Business, I have developed a strong foundation in both analytical thinking and effective instruction. My journey as an educator has allowed me to teach students across various levels, from elementary to high school, refining my ability to adapt teaching methods to diverse learning styles. Whether working as a Substitute Teacher or as a Math Instructor at Mathnasium, I have always strived to create engaging, supportive learning environments that empower students to develop problem-solving skills. Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to teach a broad range of mathematical concepts, including Elementary Math, Pre-Algebra, Algebra, Trigonometry, Pre-Calculus, and Calculus. My experience as a Peer Tutor at De Anza College and as a Private Mathematics Tutor has further refined my ability to provide personalized instruction, helping students strengthen their critical thinking and analytical skills. I take pride in making math accessible and enjoyable, tailoring my approach to meet each student’s needs and ensuring they gain both confidence and competence in the subject. I am committed to fostering a positive and engaging learning atmosphere where students feel motivated to excel. I've been teaching math for 10+ years. Having graduated with Bachelor's of Science in Mathematics, I've developed a strong passion for teaching math. I have also earned an associate degree in Business. Currently, I am working as a Substitute teacher for elementary, middle, and high schools in the Santa Clara County, from which I've gained immense experience teaching math in a school setting. I'm proficient in all math levels, including Pre-Algebra, Algebra I/II, Trigonometry, Pre-Calculus, and Calculus. I strive to engage students and help them develop problem-solving skills so that they can gain confidence in math.
