I am a research scientist/engineer with over 5 years of technical training in optical fiber/optical networking. I also have 4 years experience as a college lecturer in Physics and 3 years as a teaching assistant in Physics to undergraduate students.

My teaching approach starts with creating an environment that builds enthusiasm and the motivation to do well in the subject. Secondly, I believe that students must be shown a logical approach to solving problems as opposed to rote learning. Ample examples to solving problems should be followed by adequate practice until students are proficient in the subject. Every student should be able to do well in math and science if they have the motivation and the practice.
