About Aillene
With almost 20 years of teaching experience across primary education, early childhood education, and special education, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every learner I support. I currently work with children with diverse learning needs and understand the importance of making lessons simple, engaging, individualized, and accessible. I tailor each lesson to meet students’ unique abilities, learning levels, and needs, helping them build confidence, develop skills, and achieve success.

I provide personalized tutoring and learning support for early learners, with lessons adapted to match each child's individual learning needs, strengths, interests, and pace.
I don't believe in a "one-size-fits-all" approach. I can modify and simplify learning activities, use visual supports, hands-on resources, repetition, and different teaching strategies to help children access the same learning goals in a way that works for them.
