About Deb
Deb Jones has her graduate degree in dance and is certified by the American Tap Dance Institute. She teaches Jazz, Tap, and Ballet for Adults of ALL AGES. Deb choreographs for various productions and has developed/teaches distance learning courses related to dance. She has taught jazz and tap master classes from the east to the west coast, as well as the Riviera Maya area of Mexico. Deb has shared the stage with international artists and is a member of the Timba Tumbao Salsa performing group. Last, but not least, Deb continues to love being a student of dance.
Adult Dance is about improving balance in one's life and self-esteem. It's about meeting the cognitive and physical challenges created through dance, resulting in a wonderful sense of well being and joy. Overall, dance improves memory, bone and muscle strength, cardiac output and normalizes internal chemistry while learning about and participating in an art form. Dance group classes also have a social aspect and participants develop active friendships. Private lessons are fabulous for individual instruction and to fine tune various goals. As a dance educator for adults I find a sense of accomplishment and value when I see transformation in people's lives both physically and emotionally. Plus, I just have a lot of fun teaching dance.
Many years ago I was performing with an adult group and the choreographers asked me to teach classes for the little ones.
Have danced for many, many years. Have taught jazz, tap and ballet for many years. Have a graduate degree in dance. Love to share/teach what I love to do.

Adult Group Class Schedule:
Wednesdays:
Jazz Dance: 11:30 - 12:45 pm.
Tap Intro/New to Tap/Less than One Year: 1:00 - 2:00 pm.
Fridays:
Ballet/Mostly Barre: 11:30 - 12:45 pm.
Intermediate Tap: 1:00 - 2:00 pm.
Class Rates:
$40.00 for four classes. Must be used within two months.
$72.00 for eight classes. Must be used within three months.
$12.00 drop in rate for group class.
$40.00 one hour private.
$25.00 one hour semi-private.
