About Mayte

I teach using progressions and cueing on my classes so that will make it easy to follow and exciting to be able at every class dance the rutines.ive been an instructor for the last 5 years and I'm currently teaching at 24 hour fitness and harry Stone Recreation Center for the city of Dallas. I'm certified in Zumba. Zumba step and Zumba toning making this my tools to make my classes even more exciting. You can find me on facebook

i got certified because I love the format and I love to dance then I got offered to work at the recreation center and it become part of my day teaching as my job but also as my relief from the day

3 certifications from zumba and I took dance lessons on a academy for 10 years.

About the lesson

I always focus on my new students getting closer to them to help if they struggle following the rutines.

all ages all backgrounds and all shapes a lot of my students don't go for weigh purposes just for the fun but they ended up loosing weight and a lot.

all the instructors are really good just find the one you are really comfortable with and the one you like the most and feel yourself at the end you are the one that has to give 100% at class no the instructor.

we host events every weekend for people that needs something usually it's people with cancer or other deseases and recently we host one for 4 hours the biggest one we ever had and it was amazing all the comunnity coming together to help our friends and family from the hurricane devastation that was unbelievable.

A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
we are not nutritionist but we most likely have an idea of eating healthy if your goal is to loose weight and ask about expertise and if they are registered on zumba.com and if you can find them there because there is a lot of people that learn rutines on YouTube but they don't have any idea of what are they doing they also change the format putting people on risk making them do lots of excessive squads lounges getting them hurt easily.
