About Janette
Looking to pick up a new hobby? Developing/continuing a skill/interest that you already have? Look no further! Dance is a great way to keep fit and healthy, raise your confidence level, and most of all - fun!
I am a professional dancer, choreographer, and model, and I'm currently accepting new students. The style that I'm most proficient in is jazz funk, though I can help you with the basics of other styles/genres as well. I generally teach ages 13 through adults of all ages. I have been teaching on and off now for the last 12 years, both group classes and private one-on-one instruction. I have worked with beginners as well as skilled dancers. Private lessons can be very beneficial because they are customized and tailored to meet your needs and your goals, at your level and at your pace, and also customized to your schedule. I have coached a dance team and have danced/cheered for a professional arena football team. I have choreographed, coordinated, and danced in music videos, TV shows, spirit rallies, dance teams, cultural shows, etc.
My rates are very reasonable and are negotiable. I have "studio space" that I teach out of. I can also travel to you as well. Feel free to contact me to find out more.
