About Ashley
I have been a dancer for almost 30 years. I have studio training as well as theatrical experience as a dancer. I offer free form movement practices, stretching techniques, and can give basic, beginner structured lessons in a few different modalities including ballet, jazz, modern, hip hop and much more! I can also teach free form energy movement practices that assist with overall wellness similar to chi kong or tai chi - but with more freedom!
I consider movement a form of medicine, and love to share my passion!
working with older adults through a non-profit called Road Scholar
I am a healer by trade, but have always been passionate about movement. I have studio and theatrical dance training and I use movement as an integrative tool of healing. Movement is medicine!
