About Ellie
I have over 25 years of professional experience as a director, choreographer, performer, and teaching artist. (Photos, videos, reviews, and testimonials are available on my website (concealed information)
After 15 years in NYC, working nationally and internationally, I made an artistic home in Philadelphia, working for the historic Walnut Street Theatre on over 30 Mainstage, Studio Theatre, TYA, and Touring OutReach productions. Additionally, I teach theatre and dance classes at the Walnut Street Theatre School and serve as a proud founding member of the Young Leaders Council.
As a faculty member at Rutgers University, my classes include Theatre and Musical Theatre Dance. I am also the director and choreographer for the Mainstage musicals.
I am the founder of PRO-FILES, a company that creates websites, headshots, and audition videos for performing artists ((concealed information)
I am passionate about the performing arts. And it brings me great joy to see my students grow and achieve new goals.
After majoring in theatre in college (DeSales University) I continued training in NYC for 15 years. I have been teaching theatre and dance nationally and internationally for the past 20 years.
I am currently teaching classes at Rutgers University including Musical Theatre (performance technique, history, and audition techniques) and Dance (Ballet, Jazz, Modern, Tap, and Musical Theatre).

Theatre and dance are wonderful ways to enrich anyone's life. I am passionate about helping students to reach their goals.
