About Bethany
I am for the people by the people; I understand the struggles of losing weight as I lost and maintained 100lb weight loss starting in 2012. I started slow with my journey in 2013 with Zumba; my fellow Zumba Instructors in Little Rock, AR, got me quickly hooked as a student. I have been teaching Zumba 7 years now and I also teach all other formats through anational credited certification programs. My passion grew to help other and lock down & pandemic came last spring of 2020. I now have (concealed information) Overall, I want to continue to help inspire and motivate others with a mind set that anyone can do it; all lives matters.

I always ensure to get them to fill out a fitness assessment form first, so I know their personal goals and needs. Then I will set up a ZOOM call as it is still the situation for fitness pros. The first meeting is always a getting-to-know the clients and coach. I like to make everyone feel at home and at ease. I am here to help provide a fun, safe, effective program.
