About Neera
I am a lecturer in Mauritius. I am responsible to do the Lecture Planning, Preparation and Research, contact and teaching time with students, checking and assessing students’ work and assignments and encouraging personal development of students.
I am also an MBA supervisor. MBA Thesis Planning, Preparation and Research to guide MBA students, supervisory time with students, checking and assessing students thesis, giving feedback, encouraging their personal development, attending staff meetings, reading academic journals, research proposals, papers and other publications, managing research budgets, attending and speaking at conferences and seminars.
Furthermore, I am an examiner at the Open University of Mauritius. Preparation of exam papers, correction of exam papers, moderating exam papers, moderating MBA thesis, MBA thesis correction, come to a view as to whether the student's research work and knowledge meet the standard which normally be expected of an MBA and Degree level student of that particular university.
I have also worked on several International projects as a consultant with countries such as Rwanda, Kenya, Grenada and many more.
