About Jennifer
When you choose to work with me, you're choosing a tutor who has over twenty years' experience working with and teaching English. In addition to my TESOL certification, I have studied grammar; linguistics; phonetic transcription; accent reduction; business English; technical writing; and ESL for children.
I have worked with students at all skill levels; young children to adult professionals; students for whom English is their first language and students for whom it is their second or third. I can help you pass a standardized test or help your child learn how to read (and how to enjoy it!)

I genuinely enjoy learning about (there's always more to learn!) and teaching English. Languages have long been a passion for me, as has been learning about other cultures and ways of life across the globe.
No employment is so satisfying to me as to help a person new to this country and perhaps a little unsure of their abilities grow into a capable and confident English speaker. I am genuinely honored that so many people, whether English is their first language or their fifth, have entrusted me with their English education.
