I like that I can book my appointment through her booking site. Sometimes she fully booked but if you email her, she tries to find a way to work with you. One time, I needed my essay edited. She couldn't skype me because of her other clients but offered an offline session. It was amazing..... she corrected my paper and sent it over to me with feedback notes.
