About
Hello, my name is Kayley Huleatt and I am a student-athlete at Bowdoin College. Although my strengths are reading and writing, I enjoy math and science as well. During high school, I earned, multiple awards in the New York State Scholastic Writer's competition, and took all of the highest level classes my high school offered. I also earned a nearly perfect score on the SAT reading and writing sections. As a soccer. player in both high school and college, I have learned to manage my time well, and have come to realize that efficiency, time management, and quality outcomes are some of the most important aspects of sports and academics.
Not only am I passionate about teaching, but I also have extensive experience in the field. After tutoring my two younger siblings and my dyslexic brother for years when we were growing up, tutoring became a passion of mine, and I did many voluntary tutoring hours in highschool to support peers who were struggling with concepts ranging from math to english to science. More recently in college I have been tutoring elementary children in a nearby school. If you choose me as your tutor, I promise an engaging and rigorous experience and will never fail to be dedicated to doing tutoring as something that I love.
