About Charlie
Hello! My name is Charlotte; I am an interdisciplinary educator and childcare provider with over 8 years of experience working as a youth mentor. I am a thoughtful, curious person with a calm demeanor and a genuine love for learning. I believe deeply that education is a transformative force that can inspire personal growth, and I approach tutoring from this perspective.
As an undergraduate, I studied ecology and comparative literature, and I feel very comfortable tutoring in elementary and secondary math, science, history and English. I have specialized as a writing and reading tutor for high school students, and enjoy working with juniors and seniors to write successful college applications. Moreover, I enjoy working with students to build time management, organization and task prioritization skills alongside their academic goals. I would love to connect more if you think I might be a good fit for your family!
Warmly,
Charlotte
