About Mathias
I am a fun and energetic individual with a passion for the skill of striking. I possess over a decade of training between kickboxing and boxing and have competed on the local circuit. I have 8+ years of coaching/teaching experience and in that time, have taught many people who not only range in skill level, but age as well. Beginner to advanced, young or old, short and tall - I have worked with all. Here's some things I can pretty much guarantee, as long as you apply yourself: You will break a sweat, you will learn something and you will have a good time! You don't need to work towards stepping into a ring either - boxing and kickboxing, in general, is also just a great workout. That being said, you will still be shown proper punching and kicking technique, footwork, head movement and other skills that make the art of striking so vast, challenging and fun! Start training today!
I enjoy teaching other people something that I'm passionate about; seeing them get better and improve and, in turn, start to get passionate and excited about it themselves.
