About Rashawn
I am an obesity survivor who discovered MMA 15 years ago and never looked back!
I treat my clients like family and push them to level of greatness they never believed possible.
I teach traditional east coast Boxing MMA kick boxing and basic Brazillian Jiu Jitsu Self Defense for men women and children.
Getting people into shape and teaching people the true sweat science is my passion! Watching. Persons fear being replaced with power and skills...Nothing is better than that!
When I lost 100 lbs, my friends asked me to helped them. So I got a job with 24 hour fitness and the rest is history. A wide variety. From Profighters to elderly to olice, military and tiny ladies with lion hearts!

I was collegiate football player an started MMA 15 years ago here in southern CA. I ran my own GYM for 8 years before closing it down to persue a career in insurance while keeping fitness a passion business.

He is very knowledgeable and personable. He truly cares and considers ones needs (for ex if one has an injury.).
He knows exactly how hard to challenge your body. He makes me laugh and have a good time while working out. He also takes the time to explain all of my questions about how this will help my body and let's me take notes too. I think he definately cares about you in more ways than just as a trainer. I would recommend Rashawn to anyone looking to have an experienced trainer!!
