I've been an athlete since I was five and always enjoyed teaching just as much as playing myself. So it was a natural evolution.
I've been a certified personal trainer for 4 years and have done boxing/ kickboxing for a year and a half. Have had many clients and only continue to learn myself.

Open with a warmup. Go over footwork and mechanics then get into drills and skills.
All ages toldlers all the way up to seniors.
No one needs a teacher to get started but there is no replacement for a good coach. The leaps and bounds in the short amount of time are cheap for the return.

I trained with Tre about 2-3 times a week for about 6 months. I loved the boxing component and his professionalism. I was able to see results as a direct result of his plans and liked that he always pushed us beyond our self-perceived boundaries.
