About Theresa

My name is Theresa. I am a Registered Nurse and a Mix Martial Artist. I have extensive training experience in jiujitsu, boxing, kickboxing, muay thai and capoeira. I teach fitness, self defense and martial arts for all age group.

I have a company that stands out from everybody else. My company is called SMARTFITT. We do cater to ALL AGE GROUP!

We specialize with the age group 40 and above. We train our clients differently than a regular fitness Instructor. We specializes with individual that struggle with Diabetes, Hypertension , Asthma, high cholesterol. We help them get off their medications through our SMARTFITT Method. We also work with people that have challenges with weight fluctuations, gain strength,prevent injury, and build functional fitness at any age with SMARTFITT fitness. Through our SMARTFITT Method, we will help you live a healthy, active and stress free lifestyle. You will improve your ability to do what you love , eliminate the pain of getting older and feel up to 20 years younger. :-) Try us out.
