I have been attending Strike Fit classes at Fit4You Fitness & Martial Arts 2-3 times a week for a year, and it is honestly one of my favorite parts of the week! The fun, community atmosphere mixed with the intense cardio workout makes it both enjoyable and challenging. In addition to improving my overall fitness and upper body strength, I have learned some self-defense techniques that have given me more confidence. I have been at a lot of gyms over the years, but feel that the individualized coaching at Fit4You cannot be beat! If I could give TEN stars, I would!!
