About Terrell

**Former Professional Athlete | 20+ Years Coaching Experience | Speed, Agility & Sports Performance Specialist**

I’m **Coach Terrell Washington**, a former professional athlete with the **Houston Texans**, educator, coach, and sports-performance trainer with more than **20 years of experience developing athletes**.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to train and coach athletes at the **NFL, collegiate, high school, middle school, and youth levels**. My specialty is helping athletes improve their **speed, agility, strength, explosiveness, movement, coordination, and overall athletic performance**.

About the lesson

First day assessment on every athlete to determine 1 on 1 training or group session.

I have trained and developed all athletes from soccer players to D1 football/basketball players.

Making sure that the trainer is in your best interest and you're able to apply what is taught to your sport.

Being able to see one of my athletes play in the football senior bowl.

Training & Pricing Information

My training is personalized to each athlete’s age, sport, position, experience level, and individual goals. Pricing may vary depending on the type of training selected, session frequency, and whether training is -on-1, small group, or part of a training package.

Training at Grind House Sports includes access to the equipment and training space needed for your scheduled session—there are no additional facility or equipment fees for sessions held at Grind House.

I also offer travel training when scheduling and location allow. Additional travel fees may apply depending on distance.

For athletes looking for consistent development, multi-session and ongoing training options are available and may provide better value than booking individual sessions.
