About Desiree
I am an experienced tutor who has been teaching professionally for the last 7 years in daycares, elementary, and middle schools. I have helped students create, and reach goals for their individual learning preferences. I have worked with clients from the ages of 1-15 years old increase their understanding, love, and passion for learning throughout the years. I have provided help to students with various learning disabilities or difficulties and helped them to best understand the skills that they wanted to learn and grow in.

My classes are interactive, and hands on for all of my students with different activities within each session that allow my students to engage and have fun as their learning to understand the different topics and skills being taught. I like to provide short optional practice exercises for my clients related to the personalized lesson plans that I create for them each week. I am a patient and understanding teacher as I work with all of my students regardless of age or learning difficulties because I know first hand how hard it can be to learn a new language or skill and how easily you can be frustrated when you aren't understanding the material being taught. I like to provide breaks within my session to take the pressure off of my students and I also provide visuals to help better grasp different skills being taught.
