I adopt the communicative approach when teaching. I emphasize the need for interactive session whereby students can ask questions for better understanding of the subject matter. After teaching, students will be given tasks which will enable me know what their strengths and weaknesses are. I basically use the Engage, Study, and Activate ( ESA ) techniques when teaching students.
