My teaching style is more relaxed than rigid; I notice that students having a modicum of enjoyment during their lessons are more motivated. Therefore, I like to accommodate the students' interests with current news items while still fulfilling the goals of the lesson. Asking questions that the student must think to answer is a very effective method, and one that I use much of the time.
