About Travis
I recently graduated with a First-Class degree in Music Technology and Composition for Film and Games, and have over six years of experience composing music across a range of styles and software.
Alongside my academic experience, I have composed for numerous games and short films, with some projects receiving awards for my work.
My goal with every lesson is to make sure you leave having made genuine progress. Lessons are practical, relaxed and tailored around what you want to achieve, whether you're completely new to music production or looking to improve more specialised skills in composition, sound design or game audio.

I offer one-to-one tuition in music production, composition, technical sound design and game audio, either online or in person in Ipswich.
Lessons can cover areas including:
• Ableton Live and music production
• Music composition and arrangement
• Film and game scoring
• Technical Sound design
• FMOD and interactive audio
• Music theory and composition fundamentals
Lessons can range from 1–3 hours depending on your preference.
For beginners, I can provide structured lesson plans covering the fundamentals step by step. For more experienced students, sessions can instead focus on specific techniques, projects or problems you would like help with.
I’m completely comfortable teaching students with no previous experience, so you do not need any existing technical or musical knowledge to get started!
