I absolutely love tutoring and find it an incredibly rewarding experience. I have tutored pupils of all ages; from 7 years old all the way through to tutoring a-level and undergraduate students. I specialise in exam preparation for the 11+ and GCSE as I have extensively tutored pupils for this exam and have a number of great resources and exam techniques that I would love to share!

Hi my name’s Becky and I’d love to help you out with all your English needs as I know it can be a tricky subject!
I have great knowledge of all A level and GCSE exam boards alongside having tutored the 11+ for both grammar and independent schools. I have also taught the Cambridge IGCSE English as a first language and helped international students prepare for the 11+.
Having tutored a range of students over the past three years, I can confidently offer all levels of tutoring and make my lessons as fun and engaging as possible!
My Lessons are completely tailored to the student and we’ll move at the pace they feel comfortable with! Typically I tend to spend the lessons talking through and explaining exam questions with them so that they understand how to answer certain questions and I also find that this flags up any gaps in their knowledge. From there I will plan sessions that will focus on their weaknesses.
