About Samuel
4 years ago I was diagnosed with Celiac disease and had to remove gluten from my diet completely. Add this to my passion for cooking and science, and you get my devotion for development of gluten-free recipes. The goal for any of my recipes is that it tastes just as delicious (or more) than its traditional counterpart with gluten.

I like to teach intuitively and in practice as well. I always start with a theoretical bit—which will allow you to better understand why the recipes we shall prepare will work and how you can vary certain ingredients. This is to achieve a better understanding of the subject and thus develop a useful "second-nature" in the kitchen. Classes are usually interactive, where students can get down to work and learn by making recipes themselves.
In addition to classes, I also provide consulting services and assessments for product development and gluten-free menus.
