About Richelle
As a journalist and a freelance writer, my work has been published in local and national newspapers and magazines. I have coached business owners through the process of writing books to help grow their businesses, and I have ghostwritten books for clients. I love writing and I love helping others to write as well. I am passionate about helping children and young people learn to overcome their fear or dread when it comes to writing for school assignments. Writing should be enjoyable and even fun!

My approach to teaching involves starting with where each student is at with their school grade in Reading, Writing, or understanding literature. Once I know where their strengths and weaknesses are, I can prepare lesson plans to help build their skills and confidence in reading and writing for school assignments. I have taught University and College students as well as children in Elementary school. I have lessons which provide students with opportunities to understand how to write stories, essays, and other school assignments. What sets me apart as a tutor is my experience, and my desire to inspire my students to learn to enjoy reading and to improve their writing skills.
