About René
I have been a student at the University of Heidelberg since October 2018. I already have a bachelor's degree in business administration. Before returning to Germany, I lived in China from 2013 to 2015. From 2015 to 2018 I lived near San Francisco and worked as an accountant.

In the first lesson I would like to get to know the student and find out what he would like to work on most in English and French. My lessons are adapted to the student's needs.
Since grammar has always been one of my favourite subjects at school and is now also part of my studies in Computational Linguistics and Romance Languages, I am sure that I can convey such topics well.
I am happy to help students improve their written and oral expression as well as their text and listening comprehension.
Otherwise, I also enjoy working with music and if the student is interested, I can also research appealing texts on the Internet, which I then go through with the student.
For English: Due to my long stay in California, I also have a deeper cultural understanding of the USA, which I can bring closer to the students if they are interested.
