About Myriam

Graduated with a literary baccalaureate with honors with excellent results (including a 20/20 in English), I headed towards the artistic world. I took two courses in musical comedy, one in Paris, the other in London. Alongside these trainings, I worked with children and adolescents, both as a bilingual nanny and as a tutor. I then became interested in alternative learning methods and was able to observe the diversity of functioning from one student to another. In London, I also started giving French lessons to adult beginners as well as high school students preparing for their diplomas. I then discovered a real interest in teaching and my confidence in my teaching skills grew.
Back in France in 2020, I started a double degree in Classical Humanities (Latin, Literature, Philosophy, History, Rhetoric, History of Art, etc...) and I reconnected with my love for academic environment. My plan is to continue my studies and then to teach in secondary and higher education, so giving tutoring classes comes naturally to me!

About the lesson

At the beginning of each lesson, we take the time to establish what is to be worked on as a priority that day. We also make a point to evaluate the progress compared to what was worked on last time and adapt the working method if necessary. EVERY BRAIN IS UNIQUE, it's about finding what works for the student and solidifying their self-confidence in order to succeed academically.

Perfect! Nous venons d'entamer les cours de soutien pour mon fils qui entre en seconde générale. Myriam est à l'écoute douce et pédagogue. Nous avons décidé de continuer avec elle durant l'année, mon fils s'est senti très à l'aise en sa présence.
