About Ishmam
I was a science tutor throughout all 4 years of high school and geared towards freshmen and sophomores. Every week, it would be a group of 5 and we would go over practice questions as I reviewed topics. Through my guidance, many of my groups were able to obtain Bs and As on their chemistry and math finals. In college, I received an A in Chemistry and Calculus. I am flexible in my teaching and mindset because everyone learns differently. Part of my success during high school was tailoring my teaching so that it fits with my audience or particular person's style of learning.

I’m still learning along with you all. I emphasize mastery above all because I believe understanding the concept is more important than memorization. I will anything that requires a grade and also tests someone individually(test prep, homework, college prep!) I prefer not to lecture, so the structure mainly revolves around practice and then learning from that practice. Everything has a certain logic to it. I want to help show you that logic and guide you on how to study.
