About Geetha

Starting something doesn’t always mean you’re unprepared; sometimes, it simply means you’re refreshing and renewing yourself. That’s how my yoga journey is unfolding. I invite you to join me on the same journey I began a few years ago.
I focus on safe, progressive, alignment-based practice rather than extreme flexibility.
I am Geeta, a Yoga Teacher and Evaluator (Level 3, YCB), ardently waiting to share the knowledge I have gathered throughout my journey.

About the lesson

I take group and in-person online classes which include comprehensive sessions of prayer chanting, asanas, pranayama, and much more.

Batch:(Monday - Friday)
Morning:5am to 6am(group class)
Evening: 5 to 6 pm (group class)
Kids batch:6pm to 7 pm
Price: 60/-per hour
