About Jessie

As someone who was home schooled for a year by just being given textbooks and told to read them, I know how it feels to really dislike learning. Back then, I was not aware that learning could actually be fun. That’s why it’s my most important desire to help as many students as I can to improve with English, maths and art! It’s my passion and that will be seen through my teaching. I am a very kind and patient person so I believe that learning should not be threatened with punishments, but instead should be gaining knowledge in a fun and effective way.

About the lesson

I’m extremely enthusiastic, kind and passionate. I have a lot of patience and I believe the best approach to tutoring is to allow the student space to grow and feel confident in their ideas. I have always had a passion for teaching people and I would be so grateful if someone gave me the opportunity to share my knowledge! Lengths of sessions are completely up to you. My preferred hours on weekdays is anytime after 4pm and on weekends it would be any time depending on what’s best for you. My pay rate is £15 per hour.
