About Daniel
Hatha is the root of all modern lines of yoga. My methodology adds the knowledge of this base with aspects of Vinyasa and Flow. This way the class becomes more dynamic and fluid without missing the essence, which is to calm down the agitated mind, seeking a state of concentration and meditation. That is possible even during intense and advanced stages of practice.

I'm a student of Yoga Anatomy at the Faculdade de Ciências Médicas da Santa Casa (SP). I completed a teacher training in Hatha Yoga at the Institute of Classic Yoga (SP) and also at The Yoga Institute, in Mumbai, India. I have a background of physical activities from sports - as a football player at university level - as well as from dance, capoeira and performing arts, from which I gained much body awareness.
