About Jasia
During my teaching career I have communicated frequently with parents, students and faculty to provide feedback and discuss instructional strategies and planned and implemented integrated lessons to meet national standards. I assessed individual developmental needs on ongoing basis and maintained attractive, well-kept classroom to encourage children to create, explore and make decisions with confidence. I encourage creative thinking and motivated students by addressing individual strengths and weaknesses based on standardised testing results. I keep students on-task with proactive behavior modification and positive reinforcement strategies.
