About Rebecca
As cliché as it sounds I always knew I wanted to be a teacher. I wanted to make a difference to the lives of young people both academically and in terms of their well-being. Everyone can always remember their favourite teacher, and that’s what I strive to be. I form amazing professional bonds with all my students which allows lessons to be interesting and engaging. I am a young but experienced teacher and online tutor that makes learning engaging and enjoyable. My lessons are tailored to each student's needs and involve both collaborative and independent activities. Sessions involve learning new materials as well as revising and reteaching previously learnt material to ensure solid understanding. Lessons are 1 hour to allow for maximum focus and concentration. As an English teacher I can provide lessons for students between the ages 11-16 and have specific expertise in the AQA syllabus as I am an examiner.

Rebecca has been teaching my daughter GCSE English for many months now. Her English has come on leaps and bounds. My daughter lacked confidence in the subject and she now feels that she can really achieve well in her GCSE English. Rebecca is professional, caring and reliable, but most importantly, she is an excellent English teacher.
Rebecca is very student focused and is easily relatable. She has a great insight both of what is needed to achieve good grades and an engaging way to get there. Our youngest daughter thoroughly enjoyed her sessions with her and she achieved great grades!
