About Irene
I was born and raised in Italy, where I first attended a linguistic high school and then earned a bachelor's degree in Biology at the University of Padua.
During high school I had already done an Erasmus in Bournemouth (England) and a study holiday, experiences that had brought my English to a very good level.
But that wasn't enough. I wanted to see the world and improve my English to a bilingual level. So I decided to pursue a master's degree in Utrecht, the Netherlands, where I took a course entirely in English and practiced it every day until I reached a near-native level, finally becoming as bilingual as I'd hoped.
At the same time, over the years I've discovered a strong passion for teaching thanks to some experiences as an elementary school teacher and through private lessons. And here I am today: combining my knowledge of English with my passion for teaching to help anyone who wants to learn English... while having fun!

My lessons will be built on the objectives we will define together in the first sessions.
The key words are: customization, fun and efficiency.
I'm available to anyone who wants to improve their English: from young people to adults, from those starting at a basic level to those who already have an advanced level and want to prepare for tests like IELTS (or others), or simply keep it sharp without losing it.
We'll use games, quizzes, and simple, engaging conversations. I'll always adapt my techniques based on the individual, and you can be sure I'll put my heart and soul into it!
