About Kaylin
Hi! I am excited to teach you! I am a graduate from BYU-IDAHO and am a certified Special Education Teacher. I love reading books, solving puzzles, running and drawing. I have a 17-month old son named Joseph and an amazing husband named Taylor.
I have had a lot of different teaching experiences. I have co-taught in 2 Kindergarten classrooms, 2 Elementary Special Education classrooms, a Middle School Special Education classroom and a Junior High Special Education classroom. I have taught a variety of needs and levels. I have created unit curriculum on turn taking and dealing with losing, two digit multiplication and addition, and a spelling and reading unit on common diagraphs and blends.

I try and adapt my lessons to your needs and interests in order to help you learn. I love to teach in a variety of different ways depending on the need. I use a lot of association and retention techniques to help you remember information. My lesson plans usually start with a review of some sort, then a lesson, then tools to answer or retain that information, practice problems and finally, answering any questions you have. I love answering questions and helping you in any way I can. I am patient and understanding. I will meet you were your at.
