About Shannon
My name is Shannon, and I have been a Graphic Designer for 8+ years and never went to university. Instead I used the tutoring method through shillington college and really learned the basics.
8 years on and I'm now working as a senior marcomms designer with varied skills such as illustration, animation, branding and communication design.
Ultimately I found it really helpful to learn from others when I started out and having interaction with real people also really helped! I want to make something easy and accessible to those who think Graphic Design might be something they are interested in.

When teaching beginners, I always begin with breaking down things that I have learnt from personal experience. The lessons will typically cover 1 main topic. For example starting out in illustrator or photoshop. The lessons will have a very clear breakdown of what we will cover and also opportunity to ask any questions.
