I'm Mila, Hatha Yoga instructor, lover of nature and painting. I accompany you on the path of yoga, so that you can incorporate it as a lifestyle, forever changing your way of thinking and above all making your breathing conscious. I love being able to be a guide and transmission channel for this ancient discipline, so that you can incorporate it forever. I hope I can accompany you in this process, thank you!

A class adapted to your needs, experience. I accompany you in the process of self-knowledge, through movement, meditation and connection with yourself.
There is no age limit, and it is not necessary to have previous experience, yoga accompanies you at any time and circumstance of your life, I will only guide you, and accompany you, the same with me, that's what it's all about, it's a round trip of love.
With meditation and breathing, we will hack the nervous system, in order to transcend those fears and limiting situations. I invite you to get closer to Yoga, and that you can incorporate it as a lifestyle.
