About Simona

For a long time I have been following children and boys in the study, especially with Specific Learning Disorders. I work with them to find a method of study that is effective based on their specific characteristics, and I follow them in homework and study. This helps them lessen the time they are studying. In addition to the practical experience that I have accumulated, I am constantly looking for books and courses that help me to refine my skills on the subject, and for that I have followed a master on the DSA to help me to improve myself more and more.

About the lesson

My name is Simona, I'm 26, I graduated in Psychology and I work as a DSA tutor for a few years; I have a lot of experience in helping children and teenagers, until the early years of high school.
Summer can be a very useful time to work on those things that have been an obstacle throughout the year.
In fact it would be a shame not to use this time to enhance the skills that will be needed for next year, which maybe during the year does not have much time to work, because of the amount of tasks (an example often happens to be English ).
For this reason, I propose lessons where, using your summer homework, we can revise the topics that you will need next year. This is particularly true and useful for elementary and middle-aged children. Particularly DSA students need to learn a method of study to organize themselves to the best and minimize the time spent on books, and here too summer is a good time to use, without obviously taking too much time out of well-deserved entertainment. I usually use the summer tasks to recall the past arguments, or if necessary you can think of ad hoc reps, as needed.

Quello che posso dire su Simona è che è appassionata di ciò che fa, le piace insegnare e le piace aiutare i suoi studenti ad andare bene a scuola. Questo le dà una enorme soddisfazione, ed è per questo che si impegna al 100%, fosse anche ripassare degli argomenti per poterli spiegare meglio o preparare le lezioni a casa, prima degli incontri. Non si tira indietro neanche quando un suo studente le manda un sms per quell'esercizio che proprio non gli viene...
Inoltre è paziente e ha un buon carattere, per questo è brava nel suo lavoro e i suoi studenti sono entusiasti di lei.
