About Christine
An HR professional working in Dubai with experience of coaching non-native English speakers in IETLS and TOEFL in Canada and India.
I am passionate about English and spend a lot of my time developing my own skills in the language. There is a relation between fluency in English and one's confidence which I enjoy exploring with my students.
I provide a systematic and engaging approach to enhance my students' linguistic skills overall which leads to positive results in the tests.
With a personal score of 8.5 (overall) in the Academic module and 8.0 (overall) in the General module in IELTS, I have a clear understanding of the time critical testing pattern of the exam.

I follow a discussing style of teaching which entails ample interaction with the student to understand their strengths and weaknesses and base my lesson to focus on helping them improve on their weaknesses while reinforcing their strengths.
I prefer teaching small groups of 3 to 5 who come from similar backgrounds.
The courses are mainly for students who have the basics of English clear but have trouble expressing themselves verbally, in written or both.
