About Denisa
With a background of working as a pilates teacher before transitioning to the healing arts of yoga I acquired extensive knowledge of anatomy and therefore provide safe and nurturing environment for you to be able to fully relax. I am trained and certified by the Yoga Alliance as a Yin Yoga instructor with additional training in Yoga Nidra, Meditation and Sound Healing. Having worked together with people of all ages including children under 5 I can confidently guide you through your own practice and make a real difference in your energy, feelings of wholeness and clarity.

Typical lesson is 60 mins long (online or I come to you) however can be longer if needed. It will be designed specifically for you and your needs. Some examples of Yin Yoga classes we might do are: - journey of transformation and release - balancing nervous system through work on energy channels - working with specific emotions using meridians (energy pathways) - incorporation of sound, yoga nidra, pranayama and meditation - working with different elements (e.g. water, fire, earth...) - working with releasing specific emotions
