About Benjamin
I bring 16 years of ESL teaching experience, working with High School and College students and helping around 150–200 learners improve their English proficiency. My teaching philosophy is based on adaptability, encouragement, and continuous learning.
I believe that every student learns differently, so I adjust my teaching methods to match their needs and pace. I use interactive techniques such as conversations, role plays, and real-life scenarios to make lessons engaging and practical.
I also focus on providing clear guidance and regular feedback to ensure steady improvement. One of my key achievements is helping students become confident in communication and perform better academically.
