About Olivia
I am currently studying within my 4th year of an MA in Art History. My specific interests are the 1970s feminist art movement and Russian visual culture during the Soviet Era. Within my spare time I work in theatre, meaning I also have a keen interest in Set Design.

My Teaching Methodology combines all the key elements of Art History. A balance between focusing on the academic skills needed for the likes of exams and essays alongside highlighting the importance of socio, economic, political and religious context that surrounds Art History (the fun stuff!). A keen focus will also be spent on the visual analysis tools key to becoming an Art Historian.
I tend to get very excited about a lot of art history and can offer lots of excellent facts and extra bits of information about the topics that interest me, therefore I think its very important that if theres a topic that really interests you that it should be focused upon. We can explore and discover all the exciting and interesting information and niches surrounding the art work/ artist/ art historical era.

Details
My rates remain at £9 an hour across all levels of study in order to provide an affordable service to Students. In regards to the cancellation of lessons, cancellations must be notified more than 24 hours in advance of the lesson for a full refund for the lesson. The exception to this rule is if an unforeseen circumstance arises which will mean that the lesson cannot go ahead, in which case a full refund can also be provided.
