About Gopal

I am a certified Yoga Teacher. I have done • Yoga Instructor Course (YIC) and Bachelor's degree in Yogic Science from a very reputed university (SVYASA Bangalore), • Master's in Yoga from one and only National Institute of Yoga of India (MDNIY New Delhi). I'm conducting both individual and group classes from 4 years with a yogic holistic approach, both offline and online. • Active volunteer for conducting personality development course for children.

About the lesson

I conduct class by both student and teacher centering approach. Focus on elements of health, bone muscle strength and mind body relaxation. In today's world relaxing mind is more important and I have special relaxation techniques to practice which are not available in public domain. They will be very helpful for you.
